Shipping and Returns

When will my order arrive?

All orders are processed within two business days (not including weekends or holidays), unless the volume of orders exceeds current capacity. 

Within Canada and the US, packages generally arrive 2-4 business days from when your receive your shipping confirmation email. 

International orders vary by country. 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation will be sent to your inbox as soon as your item ships. Make sure to check your spam box - sometimes the emails arrive there! 

Will I be required to pay customs fees?

Yes, if you reside outside of Canada you will be responsible for all customs fees your shipment incurs. 

What is your return policy? 

Quality Guarantee

We are a small business and stand behind our product. As such, the quality of our items is guaranteed for one year for manufacturing defects. Email info@belugababy.ca if your item has a manufacturing defect and we will send a replacement out right away.

Returns + Exchanges

We want you to love your Beluga products! Please let us know if there’s ever anything wrong with your items. Keep in mind that babywearing is a new skill, and may take 1-2 tries to get your wrap feeling perfectly comfortable. Be assured that our team is there for you 100%. You can email info@belugababy.ca for a personalized fit check and assistance getting the comfiest carry.

All sale items (markdowns, sales, and discount codes) are final sale. No exceptions.

We understand that circumstances change, so we do our very best to accommodate exchanges or returns as a small business. You may return your full-price, unused, unwashed items in the original packaging with all tags in place within 30 days of your item arriving to you. Items will be inspected for signs of wear upon their return to us.

Simply email info@belugababy.ca. If you are in Canada, a return label can be provided.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of international customers.

Past the 30 day window? Please email info@belugababy.ca with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate you if you have fulfilled all other requirements.

If you have a used item you wish to return for some reason, you may do so within the 30 day period but will be charged a $25 restocking fee that will be withheld from your refund.

Be sure to include your packing slip OR order number with your package, including a note letting us know if you’d like a return or an exchange. If you’d like an exchange, we will email you a discount code to redeem on our site to choose your new colour. 

For international returns to Canada, be sure to declare the item “return” on your customs declaration. 

We ship items quickly! That means that we cannot guarantee that orders can be changed or cancelled once they are placed.
